John DelaneyHead of Business Development
John is a Graduate in Business Studies from Leeds University and his principle role is Business Development. John has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working for a number of life and pension companies, including NPI, Scottish Mutual and Scottish Provident International as Senior Sales Consultant and Regional Manager. John was formerly Vice President Sales UK for Orbitex Investments Limited. John holds the Cert PFS from the Personal Finance Society and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI) and is also qualified to hold the Certificate in Securities.
Charley BrownHead of Client Relations
Charley joined TAM in 2015 as Head of Client Relations to ensure our IFAs, business connections and contacts have a centre of focus. Charley has over 20 years’ experience within the financial industry including; client relationship management, operations, middle and back office. She has been Assistant Vice President for our global custodian, Operations Manager for IFAs and Investment Managers alike, which sees her in an ideal position to add a wealth of experience to the team.
Stephanie BarkwayDevelopment & Marketing Manager
Stephanie joined the team in 2014 to develop and support our range of socially responsible products. She brings with her significant experience of charity and philanthropic work, and has held a number of communication based roles within the charity sector. Her passion and enthusiasm for ethical investment is a key attribution she brings to TAM Ethical. Stephanie graduated from Brighton University with First Class Honours in Business Management specialising in Public Relations and Marketing. She received the Natural PR prize for outstanding performance in the Public Relations elective.
Simon BottleDevelopment & Marketing Director
Simon joined the team in May 2017 having consulted for TAM from Aug 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Simon was a Goldman Sachs graduate recruit into the Derivatives division in 1997 where he spent the first 7 years leading to subsequent roles at ABN Amro and RBS. In 2008 Simon founded the firm Alpha Diversify, an FSA regulated financial services consulting business focusing on product development, marketing and distribution with clients such as Lloyds and HBOS. Simon is a graduate in Law from The University Of Manchester.
